Instructions on Payment of School Accounts

      A. ON-CAMPUS PAYMENTS

      Payments are accepted on the following schedules:
      Grade School  Monday to Friday 
             		8:00 am - 12:00 noon 
      1:00 pm -  4:00 pm
      Junior High School
      		Monday to Friday  
                                
             		8:00 am - 12:00 noon 
      1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
      College Monday to Friday 
             		8:00 am - 4:00 pm (no noon break)

      B. PAYMENTS THROUGH THE BANKS

      Over-the-counter remittance or online bank transfer to the following accounts of Saint Mary's University can be done:

      • One copy is kept by the bank and the validated duplicate copy is for the student's file.
        Important: please keep your copy of the transaction slip for future reference.

      2. Send a screenshot of the deposit slip or transaction slip, if through online transfer, to any of the following:
